The on-site consultation is very important, as it provides a way to evaluate whether there is enough to sell and to determine how well everything might appeal to potential buyers. 

Our team is available to speak, text, email, or video conference with you seven days a week. Our calendar fills up quickly, so as much notice as possible is suggested. For a normal sale, we prefer to give ourselves at least three to four weeks, keeping in mind that bigger estates require more time.  

You do not have to do anything, because you have hired us as your specialists. In a nutshell, our competent staff sorts your belongings, finds items worthy of selling, and prices them accordingly. 

Our team recommends that you take what you want to keep out of the estate before we examine everything. This gives us a way to assess what should be included in the sale. Also, please remove family photos, important documents, etc. prior to the sale.

Next, nothing should be thrown away, including clothes, cleaning products, outdated newspapers, cosmetics, books, garage items and magazines. "One person's trash is another person's treasure," as the expression goes. No matter how much something looks like trash, our team's critical eyes must determine the value of all items. 

Sell nothing to anyone prior to the time of your planned estate sale with us. Given the price of household belongings, it will reduce your profitability to sell items to others prior to your estate sale.   

 Yes, we have a short agreement that states the main items to be included in the estate sale, the percentage charged, and the expectations for both parties. 

Your initial consultation is absolutely free. We are paid a percentage of the gross income of the sale. There are absolutely no up-front costs for you.

Given our ability to communicate by phone, email, video and registered mail, this is a simple situation for us. Furthermore, our skilled team is experienced in dealing with lawyers, attorneys, and real estate agents.

Our estate sales are usually conducted over two or three days, for roughly five hours each day. Each sale is unique, and we will conduct a sale that benefits your needs.

We always aim to sell everything; however, when items may be left over from a sale, you may want to have them removed by two reputable companies, we highly recommend.

After the estate sale, any unsold items can be donated to a charity of your choice or disposed of according to your preference. We can also provide recommendations for professional cleaning services or junk removal if needed.

A yard sale is a casual and impromptu event conducted by a homeowner on their driveway or inside a home's parking garage. A yard sale often sells unwanted objects deemed as clutter within a house, yard or garage.
