Our Story
Frank and Cindy Naranjo—New Mexico born and raised and married for more than forty years—founded American Families Estate Sales in 2002 with one purpose: to serve New Mexico families with integrity, experience, and genuine care.
For more than twenty-four years, they've worked alongside their family and trusted team, helping sellers and welcoming shoppers through more than 800 estate sales across Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and beyond.
American Families Estate Sales wasn't built from an office. It was built in living rooms, garages, workshops, casitas, and backyards throughout New Mexico. Every sale has reflected the same hands-on approach: sorting, researching, staging, organizing, and treating every home with the respect it deserves.
